I was just trying to see how to check for the null terminating character in the char * array but I failed.
that's wrong though. (char*)NULL isn't a string at all, it's a null pointer. this isn't a string either even though it's an array of char.
Is there a way to set a char variable to 0 or null or something so that it will basically reset my control variable.
Хоть тип char и относится к целочисленным типам данных (и, таким образом, следует всем их правилам), работа с char несколько отличается, чем с обычными целочисленными типами.
The SQL Server CHAR String Function converts any of 256 the integer ASCII codes to a character value. It would be impossible to remember them all, so I put this document together to show the integer values along with their corresponding string values, plus some examples for an easy reference.
